These General Bonus Rules govern all Promotions and Bonuses offered by Lilbet. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Bonus Rules and any Promotion-specific terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotional terms shall prevail. Lilbet reserves the right to modify or terminate Promotions and these Rules at any time without notice, provided that promotions already granted remain subject to the terms in force at the time of grant.
Promotions are open only to individuals who hold a valid Lilbet account, meet minimum age requirements, and comply with applicable laws. A single Bonus may be claimed per person, family, household, address, email address, phone number, payment method, device, and IP address. Lilbet may verify identity, residence, and payment details; failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation of the Bonus and related winnings.
Bonuses become active upon completion of the promotional entry requirements and apply subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion terms, a Bonus must be wagered within the Promotion’s active period; failure to meet wagering requirements within that period will result in the removal of the Bonus balance and any associated winnings.
Wagering contributions to turnover requirements vary by game type. Slots and Keno contribute 100% of stakes toward wagering. Table and Card Games, Video Poker, and Craps contribute 0% toward turnover. Live Casino and Jackpot games are typically restricted from contributing while a Bonus is active. Lilbet may publish a list of games with zero or partial contribution, which shall prevail over general terms for the applicable Promotion.
During an active Bonus, certain games may be restricted or excluded from play, or contribute differently toward wagering. Players should review the Promotion terms for a complete list of eligible and restricted games. It is prohibited to exploit game mechanics or software malfunctions to meet wagering requirements.
There is a cap on the amount that may be released from a Bonus into Real Balance, unless otherwise stated in the Promotion terms. Typical caps are as follows: non-deposit Bonuses or Free Spin winnings up to €100; deposit Bonuses up to ten times the Bonus amount. Winnings arising from Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. A withdrawal request prior to completing wagering will remove the Bonus balance and may limit withdrawals to Real Balance only.
Lilbet reserves the right to cancel or confiscate Bonus funds and any related winnings in cases of Bonus misuse, fraud, or violation of these Rules. The Operator may suspend, modify, or terminate a Player’s right to participate in current or future Promotions if deemed necessary. Players identified as Bonus Hunters or Abusers may have their Bonus access restricted or removed indefinitely.
The activation of a Bonus may require completion of an account security check conducted by Lilbet’s Risk or Compliance team. Lilbet may request verification documents and contact information prior to processing Bonus-related withdrawals.
These General Bonus Terms apply to all Promotions unless a Promotion’s Terms specify otherwise. In case of conflict, the Promotion-specific terms take precedence. Lilbet reserves the right to update or revoke these terms at any time without prior notice, and updates shall apply to future Promotions unless otherwise stated.
These terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail. The terms and any Promotions are governed by the laws applicable to Lilbet’s operations. Any disputes arising out of Promotions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by Lilbet.
All decisions by Lilbet regarding Promotions, Bonuses or related disputes are final and binding. Lilbet reserves the right to impose limits or to withhold or revoke any Bonus at its sole discretion.
